Start with a food you buy. Open its current and previous formulas. See the exact edits, then check the evidence behind each snapshot.

We document products rather than rank companies. An edit is a recorded difference, not automatically a sign that a product improved or declined.

Each snapshot links to its source and observation date. A first snapshot is a starting point, not proof that a recipe stayed the same. Missing information stays marked as unknown until it can be checked.
